Eurocoating is able to supply a wide range of Biocoatings ® processes and surface treatments thanks to highly sophisticated and robotized equipments. Traceability and reproducibility are guaranteed by mastered manufacturing processes.

OUR COATINGS ARE:


- Hydroxyapatites (HAP)

1. With high crystallinity, osteoconductive coating slowly bioresorbable.
2. With high amorphous phase, osteoconductive coating with an high resorbable rate.
3. Osprovit ®, the tradition: fifteen years of clinical history.

- Titanium (Ti)

1. With different roughness levels, suitable for every kind of medical device.
2. With different porosity levels, to improve bone interlock in the long term applications.
3. Acid etching, microporosity without material apposition.
4. Ti Pore, the tradition: fifteen years of clinical history.

- TiGrowth®

Specifically designed to enhance the bone ingrowth thanks to the morphology and the dimension of its pores network: pore size 100-800 um.


- Double coatings

Titanium coatings covered by hydroxyapatites, to join osteoconductive performances of HAP with long term mechanical stability of porous titanium.

- Alumina (Al2O3)

Permanent bioceramic treatment.

COMPLEMENTARY SERVICES


We also perform Shot-peening and surface Sandblasting with automatic validated processes. These treatments are performed with extremely low impurity levels. Contaminants are neglectible as required in biomedical applications.

Batch number identification by Laser marking for metallic Medical Devices or engraving UHMWPE components, Passivation, Cleaning for coated and treated Medical Devices.
