Eurocoating is originating from the biomedical division of Flametal (Biocoatings ®) and has got more than 25 years experience in the field of Plasma Spray coatings for medical application.

2100 m² of manufacturing building with several production lines and 500 m² of annexed offices provide huge production capacity.To be customer and services-oriented belongs to the philosophy of the company since its creation.

Thanks to our experience and continuous collaboration with University research centres it permits us to develop new biomedical coatings and surface modification suitable to achieve increased biocompatibility performances. Detecting and developing technological process to obtain appropriate surface modifications is our work.

We bring support to our customer by assisting them:

• in their choice of the appropriate surface treatment for their Medical Devices; 
• in the validation process in compliance with International regulatory guidance (EU and FDA)

Eurocoating is ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 certified by KEMA (Netherlands).Our manufacturing process complies with GMP and GLP.
